Privacy policy
This website is deliberately simple: no analytics or advertising services, no embedded third-party content, no externally loaded fonts. This page explains which data is processed nevertheless, and why.

For access, rectification, erasure and any other privacy request, a message to this address is sufficient. Full operator details can be found in the imprint.
2. Visiting the website
When you open a page, the web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, time, requested address, response status, amount of data transferred and the browser identifier. This serves to deliver the pages, analyse errors and prevent abuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a secure and functioning website.
The website is operated by our hosting provider (HostProfis ISP Telekom GmbH, Villach, Austria), which processes this data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). Log data is kept only as long as necessary for operation and security and is not combined with other data.
3. Contacting us
If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process your details (sender, content, time) in order to handle your request – for enquiries about services on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, otherwise on the basis of our legitimate interest in proper communication (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Our mailboxes are operated via Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland); Google processes the messages as a processor. A transfer to affiliated companies in the USA is possible; it relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Please do not send us particularly sensitive data by e-mail.
4. Cookies and browser storage
The website works entirely without cookies. Optionally, we can remember the language you choose – only with your consent (§ 165(3) Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the privacy settings; the cookie is then deleted. Switching languages works without consent, too.

The automatic language selection on your first visit only evaluates settings of your browser (preferred languages, time zone). This happens exclusively inside your browser; nothing is stored or transmitted to us in the process.
5. No analytics, no advertising, no external content
We do not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services. Fonts, graphics and scripts are loaded exclusively from our own server – opening a page does not create connections to third parties.
6. External links
When you open an external link (for example to the WKO company directory), you leave our website. The privacy information of the respective provider applies there.
7. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Where we rely on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Austria: Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.
8. Changes
We update this policy when the processing changes – for instance with the launch of the new website. A required new consent is never replaced by a mere change of text. In case of doubt, the German version of this policy prevails.
